What to include in your report

To help us track down the problem quickly, please include:

What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
The exact text of any error message you saw
Your iPhone/iPad model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
The Mizan app version (in the app: Settings → About)
Whether you were signed in, signed in as a guest, or not signed in
A screenshot, if you have one

Prayer time questions

If prayer times look wrong, please tell us your city and the calculation method you have selected in Settings, so we can check the calculation against the same inputs.

Privacy questions

For anything about your data specifically — what we collect, deleting your account, or a question about the policy itself — write to info@massivedynamicscanada.com instead, or use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app if you just want your data gone.
